Pack of Catahoula Dogs Attack & Kill Alligator
I wouldn’t recommend eating while you view this, however as a natural wildlife phenomenon that rarely occurs in Florida, it’s absolutely fantastic how a pack of dogs attack and kill alligator in the wild lands of Florida.
At times nature can be cruel, but there is also a raw beauty, and even a certain
justice manifested within that cruelty, however a pack of dogs hunt and kill alligator.
The alligator, one of the oldest and ultimate predators, normally considered the
“apex predator”, can still fall victim to implemented ‘team work’ strategy, made possible
due to the tight knit social structure and “survival of the pack mentality” naturally bred
into the canine dog family, extremely heightened in the Catahoula Leopard dog breed as
explained in the following example.

How dogs hunt and kill an alligator.
The Alpha catahoula dog has a muzzle hold on the gator preventing
it from breathing, while another catahoula has a hold on the tail to keep
it from thrashing, enabling the third catahoula dog to attack the soft
underbelly of the gator for the finishing kill.

Viewing definitely NOT for the squeamish!
